Rules & Regulations

  • Class commences at 9.45 am and end at 4 pm.
  • Punctuality and regular attendance is insisted upon. Late comers and absentees should get the Late Attendance Record and Absence Record signed by the parents/guardians. In case of long illness, a medical fitness certificate will have to be produced.
  • Students should attend the morning assembly. They should stand respectfully for the National Anthem whenever it is sung.
  • Students are advised to communicate in English in the school premises to improve communicative skill.
  • Practical's uniform on Tuesday, white and white on Wednesday and on other days general uniform is compulsory.
  • Students shall be responsible for their personal belongings, books, umbrellas, watches, etc. Personal belongings should have a name so that any property can be returned to the owner.
  • Students from Std. V onwords must use only fountain pen.
  • Students must be present on the re opening day and 1st working day of each term. A fine of Rs. 25/- will be collected if students are absent on these days.
  • Read good English books and English newspapers to improve proficiency in the English language and to improve general awareness.
  • Students are forbidden to scribble on the walls/furniture or dirty the classroom or damage any property in the school. Parents will have to compensate for any damage caused to the school property.
  • Every student must take part in school games and other activities unless rendered medically unfit or exempted by the Principal. Students are not allowed to be in the class during the games period.
  • To inculcate the spirit of patriotism and an awareness of Indian culture and heritage, various cultural activities and national festivals are observed. It is obligatory for all students attend such functions
  • Politeness and courtesy is expected. Every student is urged to maintain the high moral and spiritual standards set for the school by his/her manner and conduct. They are answerable to the school authorities for their conduct even outside the school.
  • All fees should be remitted in full at the time of admission. Fees once paid will not be refunded.
  • Students leaving or joining the school in the middle of the term must pay the entire fees of that academic year.
  • Students are not allowed to purchase junk food, sweets, chewing gum, ice cream, soft drinks, etc. from the unauthorized dealers . hawkers near the school premises.
  • Students should not be seen loitering in the town or local shops, ice cream parlours, etc. after class hours.
  • An enquiry about the student's performance over phone will not be entertained.
  • Parents are not permitted to meet the students or the teachers without the consent of the principal during the school time.
  • Students are not allowed to meet parents or visitors or to leave the premises during school hours. In case of emergency a written request should be made by the parent.
  • Students will not be allowed to attend phone calls during school hours. In case of emergency the message will conveyed to them.
  • No magazines, Cd's, toys, cameras, electronic gadgets or sophisticated articles must be brought to school. Exchange of articles or money transactions between students is not allowed.
  • Mobile phones are strictly forbidden in the school campus.
  • Students are not allowed to bring ATM cards to school.
  • Students are not allowed to collect money to buy gifts for teachers, friends or for celebrations without the knowledge or permission of the Principal.
  • Students are strictly prohibited from driving motor vehicles without a valid driving license.
  • Jewellery must not be worn in school. Anklets, bangles, bracelets, second studs, nose ring, tattoo and mehendi, fancy hair bands, clips, flowers, colourful nail polish, finger rings, etc. are strictly forbidden.
  • Simple wrist watches are allowed only from Std III upwards. Watches with calculators, digital watches and fancy watch which cause distraction in the class are strictly forbidden.
  • Students should read the rules and follow them strictly. The school reserves the right to suspend or dismiss a student on grounds of irregular attendance, malpractice or objectionable behaviour not in keeping with the good tone of the school inside the premises or elsewhere.
  • Transfer certificate will be issued only to those who have cleared all the dues, if any, to the school and after obtaining no objection certificate from the authorities.
